SuperValu Ambassador’s Kevin Dundon, Bernard Brogan and others launch Line Up Ploughing Championships 2016

Returning for three days from 20th – 22nd September, the Good Food Karma Project arena will be a hub of entertainment with live broadcasting throughout the three days on Today FM and appearances from Hector; delicious food with mouth-watering and inspiring dishes and advice – served up by the ambassadors and a host of SuperValu’s Food Academy producers.
Over the three days, it’ll be all action in the SuperValu Good Food Karma Project arena –with Hector at the helm as MC; kicking off on day one with Kevin Dundon showing how to really make Breakfast Pancakes; followed by Morning Filler ideas from the Happy Pear guys; Martin Shanahan cooking up some novel fish dishes and a Baking Masterclass for kids with Sharon Herne Smith. The tempo keeps up on Wednesday as Martin Shanahan starts the day with some smoked salmon breakfast dishes; an Inspiring Foodies cooking demo; followed by Kevin Dundun’s new masterclass with Hampshire Pork and rounding off the day with a live Q&A session of healthy kids snacks with ideas from the Happy Pear guys. SuperValu kick off the last day of the event with Healthy breakfasts, followed by Kevin Dundon doing a sumptuous Sunday roast pork dinner. The lunchtime slot on Thurs will be an all-star event – with Bernard Brogan, Anna Geary and Daniel Davey talking about kids lunch boxes and tummy fillers, followed by Bernard and Daniel talking about nutrition for athletes. Kevin closes off the three day cooking extravaganza by showing Hector how to feed the gang mid-week, with healthy mid-week meal ideas and tips that anyone can do!
