Exhibitor Wristbands and Vehicle Passes

Each exhibitor receives an allocation of complimentary wristbands & vehicle passes for personnel manning exhibition stand and for contractors building/dismantling stand. If you require additional exhibitor wristbands and/or vehicle passes required for site access pre, during and post event – please complete this form.

Exhibitor Wristbands

Valid 17th, 18th & 19th Sept. @ €50 per band plus VAT @ 23%. Wristband allows admission of one person per day to event and is valid for the 3 days. Wristbands will be scanned on entry and can only be scanned once per day. If you must leave site during day and want to return same day, you must request an NPA stamp on exiting site. To regain entry you must have both NPA stamp and wristband. Exhibitor wristband will allow entry to trade exhibition arena before 8am.

*An invoice will be generated and passes will only be delivered after full payment received.

VEHICLE PASSES

There is no charge for additional vehicle passes but they are in limited supply and allocation of same is at the discretion of NPA.

BUILD & BREAK Pass valid up to and including Saturday 16th September and from 9am Friday 22nd September. Passes are necessary to gain access to site in the build & break periods. This pass must be displayed in front windscreen of vehicle to avoid being delayed and/ or causing delay at gates.

Build & Break Pass Quantity Required:

EXHIBITOR CAR PARK

Pass Valid 17th, 18th & 19th Sept. Allows parking in nearest available Exhibitor Car Park at time of arrival – final discretion on same rests with Gardaí. This pass must be displayed in front windscreen of vehicle to avoid being delayed and/or causing delay at gates.
