What Does it Cost to Exhibit at the National Ploughing Championship?

Indoor Exhibition Space

There are 2 options:

(exhibitors in a framed marquee, with wooden flooring, general lighting)

Shell  Scheme -   Cost is €1,000 per unit

Dimensions          3 metres wide x 2.5 metres deep x 2.5 high

OR

Space Only Cost is €800 per unit

Dimensions       3 metres wide x 3 metres deep x 2.2m high at back wall

Outdoor Exhibition Space

There are 2 options

(green field space with no cover)

9 metre depth stand costing €142 per metre frontage

OR

18 metre depth stand costing €160 per metre frontage

ELECTRICS:

6 KW supply €350

3 phase €650

VAT AND INSURANCE APPLICABLE TO ALL EXHIBITORS

VAT:

Exhibition Space plus VAT @ 23% – ROI exhibitors ONLY

Electrical plus VAT @ 13.5% – applicable to all exhibitors

INSURANCE:

Confirmation of Insurance as follows must be submitted to the National Ploughing Association by all Exhibitors by date specified:

• PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE with limit of liability €2.6 million.
• EMPLOYERS LIABILITY INSURANCE with limit of indemnity of €13 million.

Insurance must be extended to include SPECIFIC INDEMNITY TO THE NATIONAL PLOUGHING ASSOCIATION
