Members of the Institute will attend to elaborate on Dr Glasser’s Choice Theory Psychology, and his ideas on mental health, therapy, education and lead management.
Choice Theory is an internal control psychology that shows us how to be more proactive and productive in solving our own problems and take greater responsibility for our lives.

It teaches us how to respond to life’s challenges and communicate our needs in more functional and satisfying ways that help create more meaningful family and other relationships and longer lasting happiness.
Choice Theory can be used in our personal lives to enhance mental health and wellbeing.

It is also used by mental health professionals to help people with emotional, psychological and addiction problems to regain their mental health.
Counselling with Choice Theory has been accepted by the European Association of Psychotherapy as a scientifically validated modality.
