My Stand is called Nutri Vive Nutrition Clinic and will be located at The Health & Wellness Pavilion.

I am a fully qualified Dietitian and have been working in the HSE as a Clinical Dietitian for the past five years. I will be launching the new Nutri Vive Nutrition Clinic located at John St, Kilkenny at the National Ploughing Championships.

I will be offering free nutritional advice and tips on healthy eating and will be answering all food related queries regarding weight management, sports nutrition, digestive disorders etc.

I will be checking weight, height, body mass index (to determine if the person is a health weight in relation to their height), scanning % body fat, measuring waist circumference and providing written record of all results. Healthy ranges for each measurement are documented and targets (if necessary) can be set upon request of the individual.

I will be retailing sports nutrition supplements from various brands and providing impartial unbiased advice regarding their use.

I will be holding a draw for three Dietitian consultations which will include:

• Weight, Height, BMI, Skin Fold Measurements using a calipers, Hydration test x 2, food diary, full dietary analysis and a personalised meal plan,.
• Followed by a shopping trip to a local supermarket which highlights recommended brands / products in each isle and includes how to read and interpret food labels.
• A follow up appointment to monitor progress and review / revise the nutritional plan.
