Man of Aran Fudge

Man of Aran Fudge melts in the mouth. Tomás uses Kerrygold butter to ensure creaminess in all the different flavours. New this year is “Heavenly Honeycomb”: the traditional Great Taste Award winning “Tiger Butter” with honey comb stirred through mmmm

Tomás still shears a few sheep but most of the time you’ll find him at an event near you with over twenty different flavours of fudge for you to enjoy. The favourite event this summer has to have been the Tall Ships at Waterford but best of all is always the Ploughing , come rain or shine!

After the Ploughing, next stop France where Tomás has been invited to make Man of Aran Fudge at a market in Castres. When displaying and selling fudge at the famous Christmas market in Montbéliard in France – and again in Charleroi (Belgium) Tomás was delighted at the interest there was in Ireland ; particularly the West. Irish salmon, cheeses, jams and of course fudge have a market there. Please visit us at Row K Stand 280
