The Hydromoll dairy feed system.

The Hydromoll dairy feed system is a unique patented concept that provides milk producers with a genuine low cost alternative to meal feeding in the Milking Parlour.

Molasses is used as the base ingredient and the required quantity is automatically dispensed to each cow by a PLC control unit, specifically designed for this purpose. To help maximise milk yield, fortified Molasses can be supplied as a complete diet for each individual farm and this ensured that no additional feeding is required. The system also facilitates the addition of Selenium, Magnesium, Iodine, Calcium and Copper to the feed, thereby providing total flexibility to the dairy farmer.

The Hydromoll system offers many advantages over conventional feeding particularly where some additional ingredients need to be added at farm level.

Feed levels as low as 130g can be dispensed and this provides complete versatility in the feeding of cows in the Milking Parlour.
