Multi Seed porridge is the first breakfast cereal of its kind, combining the taste of Flahavan’s 100% Irish oats with the goodness of sunflower, flax, pumpkin and hemp seeds. Its nutritious, crunchy texture makes it simply delicious and contains all the healthy ingredients needed to boost your energy levels. Flahavan’s Multi Seed porridge is also a great source of Omega-3 fatty acids, protein, fibre and beta-glucan, which helps lower cholesterol.
