Country Crest is a family owned operated company based in Lusk, North County Dublin, the have been growing produce for almost 100 years. Today the company is recognised as one of the largest suppliers of quality potatoes, onions, spring onions to key multiples as well as the leading manufacturer of prepared meals and vegetable meal accompaniments. A clean and healthy environment is central to our food philosophy and the way we do business. In addition to generating our own electricity through our wind turbine, Country Crest contribution to a cleaner environment includes recyclable packaging, recycling water used in the main packhouse, composting green waste from the onion plant, using greener fuel in our trucks.

At our stand in the Food & Wine tent we will be sampling and selling our range of From the Farm meals mean accompaniments, from wholesome cottage pie made with 100% quality Irish ingredients, garlic baby potatoes and filled baked potatoes and our newest range of From the Orient meals, Cantonese chicken curry & rice to name a few – we hope to see you there.
